Title State: License and Registration information refer to: Kentucky Division of Motor Licensing, P.O. Box 2014, Frankfort, Kentucky 40622

Recording: Financing statements are filed with the County Clerk where debtor resides or in county where the vehicle is registered. Uniform Commercial Code adopted July, 1960.

Recovery: Peaceful repossession permitted.

Redemption: Allowed any time prior to disposition of the collateral by the lienholder.

Deficiency: Permitted after sale and if contract so provides. Kentucky has an extremely comprehensive Commercial Code which warrants careful examination in dealing with all matters here.

Special Motor Vehicle Provisions: No provisions.

Documents Required to Transfer Ownership of Motor Vehicle: Certified copy of Security agreement, affidavit of repossession.

PLATES: Remain with the vehicle.
