Deficiency: Suit for price bars retaking; however, may be allowed after deficiency is established after sale. Special Motor Vehicle Provisions: Required filing of a notarized copy of the instrument together with certificate issued last. Documents Required to Transfer Ownership of Motor Vehicle: Transfer of ownership by affidavit of repossession may be accomplished only if a lien has been recorded on the outstanding title. The following must be submitted: (a) Outstanding certificate of title, with all liens properly released. (b) An approved affidavit of repossession, from the State of Utah or another state, properly filled in and signed by the lien holder recorded on the certificate of title. PLATES: Plates remain with the owner and are transferable. |
