Title State: License and Registration information refer to: Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, P.O. Box 27412, Richmond, Virginia 23269

Recording: Recorded in office of Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county where property is located, if it is located in a city, then with the Clerk of the Corporation Court. Uniform Commercial Code adopted January, 1967.

Recovery: Peaceful repossession permitted.

Redemption: The State allows the debtor ten (10) days to redeem.

Deficiency: Judgment notes are valid. Taking does not bar suit for price and vice-versa.

Special Motor Vehicle Provisions: Liens must appear on the certificate itself and no other recording is necessary.

Documents Required to Transfer Ownership of Motor Vehicle: Title in lien holder's name.

PLATES: Remain with the owner and are transferable.
